Currently, all Heirloom by Ovation affordable apartment communities are for seniors living in Las Vegas aged 55 and older.

Maximum income per household varies by property and changes annually. Please contact the community you are interested in for more information.

If you are interested in living at one of our senior affordable communities, you can submit an application through the property’s prospect portal. This is accessible on each property’s website. Once you submit an application, you will be placed on a waitlist. Our leasing team will contact you for final eligibility once you reach the top of the list.

To hold an apartment, there is a $40 application fee and a $250 holding fee.

We have a general interest list for people looking for a 55+ apartment community, but aren’t ready to submit an application. You can join our interest list by sending us a message through one of the contact forms on our website. There is no fee to join the interest list for one of our senior housing communities.

No, AHPP does not provide rental subsidies.

Yes, we accept Section 8 Vouchers.

$350.00 (non-refundable fee per pet) and Pet Rent of $25 per month. 25 lbs. limit, 2 pets per unit maximum. Breed Restrictions apply and include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pincher and Chow. Management reserves the right to deny your pet based on specific breed aggression and/or your pet’s personality.

Pets designated as service animals to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for specific purposes of aiding that person will not be charged pet fees. All verifiable documents must be provided to management prior to move-in.
